Glass Jar - 101.5 oz

This vase is part of the iconic Fido collection, which includes several formats for storing and serving food.
Our Fido storage jars have an airtight bail & seal closures to hermetically seal out air and moisture.
Suitable for domestic vacuum storage through pasteurization and for double boiler cooking. The jars are not suitable for microwave cooking.
Some formats, especially the large ones, are also ideal for fermentation while the small capacities are suitable for serving and storing original desserts and finger food.
It is recommended to remove the metal ring and the gasket before placing the glass in the dishwasher and microwave.
Wash the seal by hand without detergents. Do not put the seal in contact with 100% fat foods.
